All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders require a deposit payment to commence manufacturing. Final payment is due before or upon installation. Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.
We provide professional measurement services to ensure accuracy. Installation is performed by our qualified technicians. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation areas. Any structural modifications required are the responsibility of the property owner.
Our products are covered by warranty as specified in your order documentation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be made within the warranty period.
