Custom Made Products

All blinds and curtains manufactured by Squixellshod are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once manufacturing has commenced, except as outlined below.

Manufacturing Defects

If your blinds or curtains have a manufacturing defect or do not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order, we will repair or replace the affected items at no additional cost. You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of installation.

Measurement Errors

If we have taken measurements for your window treatments and the finished products do not fit due to our measurement error, we will remake the items at no charge. This guarantee applies only when measurements were performed by our professional team.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by the following warranties:

  • Blinds: 3 years on mechanisms and workmanship
  • Curtains: 2 years on stitching and construction
  • Installation: 1 year on installation workmanship

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before manufacturing begins for a full refund minus any consultation or measurement fees. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not accepted, and deposits are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind, color preference changes, or design regrets after manufacturing has begun. We strongly encourage you to carefully review all samples, colors, and specifications during the consultation phase.

Damaged During Delivery

If your products arrive damaged, please notify us immediately before installation. We will arrange for inspection and replacement of damaged items. Do not proceed with installation if you notice damage.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty or return claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect or problem
  • Proof of purchase

We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days with a resolution plan.

Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy operates in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
